Our commitment

RapidBible is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Measures taken

  • Keyboard-navigable throughout — every feature is reachable without a mouse
  • Screen reader tested with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and verified with axe DevTools and Lighthouse (score: 100)
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
  • Sufficient color contrast on all text (WCAG 1.4.3 AA)
  • All font sizes defined in rem — respects browser text-size preferences
  • Motion reduced when the OS prefers-reduced-motion setting is on
  • Touch targets meet the 44×44 CSS pixel minimum
  • ARIA roles, labels, and live regions used throughout

Known limitations

RSVP reading is inherently time-based. Users who need more time to process each word can reduce the reading speed to any pace that works for them, including very slow speeds. The reader can also be paused at any time.

We have not yet completed formal testing with NVDA or JAWS on Windows.
